Get started with your new charger

Step 1: Set up the Zaptec app

1. Download the Zaptec app from App Store or Google Play.
2. Create a Zaptec account.
   

   Sign up using your e-mail and create a password with a minimum of 8 characters, including both uppercase and lowercase letters and at least one number.

   Fill in the required personal information. Remember to activate your account by clicking the activation link sent to your email address.

3. Log into the app using your Zaptec account.

4. Add your new charger to your Zaptec account.

   Press the “+Add new” button.

   Scan the QR code on the charger to add the serial number automatically, or add it manually.

   Enter the PIN code, which you will find in the Zaptec Go user manual as well as the packaging that accompanied your charger.

   Enter your address and country.

   Name your charger.

Step 2: Set up the NRGi Opladning app

1. Download the NRGi Opladning app from App Store or Google Play.
2. Create an account.

   Sign up using your telephone number, accept the conditions, and click 'Continue'. Enter the SMS verification code.

3. Access this link qr.monta.com/nrgi on your smartphone to choose NRGi as you operator.

   Press the “Open App” button.

4. Connect your charger by manually entering the serial number.

   You can find your serial number directly on the charger or on the packaging that accompanied your charger. The serial number consists of 3 letters and 6 digits (e.g. ZAP034337).

5. Enter your serial number, name, and address and press “Continue”.
6. Log in using your Zaptec account information.
   1. Choose your charger.
   2. Confirm the pairing between your charger and NRGi Opladning.

Your charger is now ready for charging. Enjoy.
